AI Agent

In this section, you can customize the AI Agent parameters, including its response behavior, style, identity, and limitations. This allows you to define the personality the AI Agent will use when responding during conversations.

Agente IA

  • Standard initial greeting: defines the initial message the AI Agent will use.
  • Identity and tone: allows you to specify in detail what the AI Agent’s identity will be.

  • Communication style: drop-down list with different communication styles. When one is selected, the parameters of the selected option are added to the communication style definition.
  • Communication style definition: allows you to add a predefined style from the previous point, create your own, or combine different styles.

  • Purpose: describes the purpose the AI Agent will have.
  • Scope of action: describes the scope in which the AI Agent will operate.
  • Limits and restrictions: describes the limits the AI Agent will have.
  • Save: saves the changes made.
